James Lee

James graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Master of Science degree.  He began his career of financial services as Assistant Vice-President of Agriculture Loans with State National Bank in Big Spring, Texas.  He transitioned into Personal Lines insurance with Texas Farm Bureau Insurance  as an agent in Big Spring, and later became an Agency Manager in Muleshoe, Texas.   James opened his scratch Allstate agency in Lewisville in 1989. With a focus on service and with multi-line household penetration of insurance products, the agency was very  successful and was sold in 2009.   Bringing his knowledge of the “EA world” and his focus on service to Allstate Benefits, James joined TAG in 2015.  His goal is to help agency owners and their staff discover and capitalize on AB sales potential within their book of business.
